Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. We are willing to work with you if there are extenuating circumstances, but the sooner we know that you need to cancel, the sooner we can make that room available to someone else. Thank you for your understanding.
Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. If you cannot plan to check in by 10pm, we suggest you book a room at one of the motels in the Newport/Derby area, as they have 24hr front desk service.
