Located on 52 acres of fields and woodland in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, our farm offers you four seasons of relaxation. There are 2 kilometers of maintained walking paths around the fields, and more trails being developed in the woodland.
Summer is a time for both work and relaxation on the farm. Haying needs to be done, as well as maintaining the gardens, then it's time to relax by the pond, or enjoy a walk in the woods.
In the fall, there are apples to pick and cider to be made ~ and don’t forget your camera for the glorious foliage!
Winter is a time to cozy-up in the parlor with some hot mulled cider after snowshoeing around the property (or a day of skiing at nearby Jay Peak Resort).
Spring brings maple sugaring season and the reawakening of life around the farm. The spring flowers yield to summer blossoms and a rainbow of colors throughout the grounds.
When you gaze across the valley, you will understand why Vermont is “The Green Mountain State”.
Our beautiful town of Troy is home to the Village of North Troy, and the unincorporated village of Troy on the southern end. The Missisquoi river runs through the length of the town, flowing north across the Canadian border.
If you want to just hang out and relax at Rose Apple Acres Farm B&B, you certainly have many places and ways to do that! However, there are many wonders in the area to explore and so much to do:
There are also many excellent eateries in the area when you've worked up an appetite!
